I started the first chapter of the Black Gem a few months ago. Here's how I proceed. Based on a detailed story board, I pencil everything (all pages). Once done, I move to inking and "colors" (shades of grey). Right now, my sketching status is about 35% of completion.

For a more pleasant wait, I'll publish a weekly artwork. Today, Sigfried's character design, one of the main character of the story.
